Help sales consultants in retail stores become more effective in selling vehicles to a diverse clientele.

solution

Three separate training programs were designed, written and produced for the manufacturer’s Education and Training Department. The overall curriculum was titled Everyone is a Customer, and included Selling to Women, Selling to Youth and Diversity programs. Each program consisted of Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, PowerPoint support and, most effectively, video segments illustrating specific issues surrounding each buying demographic.

The programs were well received and they remained in use for several years. In fact, Selling to Women was so popular that a second version, with a video commentator, was created and distributed nationwide for use without a live facilitator/trainer.
