We offer and/or contract the services of our core of professional independent contractors on an “as needed” basis. Christ-Tomei, Inc. is an Illinois corporation, registered and in good standing with the State of Illinois since 1990. Christ-Tomei, Inc. is wholly owned by Don Tomei and Kay Christ, who are, respectively, Secretary and President of the corporation. The officers of Christ-Tomei, Inc. serve as managing officers of NewCor Group. The other professionals that participate in NewCor Group are fully independent contractors and are contracted as service providers to Christ-Tomei, Inc.
